OPEN EDITION PRINTS - When Ordering Prints, during the checkout it will ask if you want to give a "Message to Seller" please put in the title of the print (s) you want to buy. Or send an email in conjunction with your order stating the titles.
ORIGINAL PAINTINGS - If You are interested in purchasing SEVEN'S Original Paintings other methods of payment will be accepted. Please contact us for prices and more information.
PAYMENT - The Quartier Macabre uses PayPal for orders, which accpect all major credit cards, its easy, and secure.
SHIPPING - Domestic Shipping is included in the prices given, International order will have to pay an additional $10.00 for shipping. Prints, and original artwork do not include frames, and will be shipped flat in plastic sleeves. Please allow 2 weeks for orders, Masks are made per order, please allow 2-4 weeks.
QUALITY - All of our products are of the highest Quality. Prints are professionally printed, on archival papers, they are NOT computer printouts. Masks are made with hardcore durable resin (but not indestructible) and hand painted with Quality paints and inks.
RETURNS - I do not accept returns on images or masks unless item(s) are lost or damaged and proof can be provided. I only refund the item cost, and do not refund shipping on said item(s).
PRIVACY - All information that you provide to quartiermacabre.com is safe and secure. I do not sell, rent, or loan any personally identifiable information regarding the customers to any third party.
